Mike has extensive experience in Consulting, Partnership and Strategic roles in the Cards and Payments industry, including 15 years with American Express where he was Head of Customer Engagement for Commercial Card and led the consulting teams across Europe. In this role he was also responsible for major market research studies, and the development of industry leading benchmarking services and tools.

Mike has a history of delivering outstanding results in account retention, and revenue growth at the highest competitive levels. Expertise spans Business Process Improvement, Outsourcing, Product Development and EMS deployment.

He has an MBA from Imperial College, London. Mike is based in the UK.
